CAMP AT THE PRESERVE
The Preserve has a large campsite located in a high meadow with easy access from a logging road about 1 mile from the Outdoor Education Center. There is a sheltered area with picnic tables, adjacent streams, springs, and ponds, as well as trails connecting the site to all four corners of the Preserve and the adjacent Lee Metcalf Wilderness. The Campground can host up to 60 people at one time.
This spectacular resource is available to groups who would like to use it for experiential outdoor educational events. recreation, research and other activities. We can also provide additional resources and program assistance as needed.
