Happy campers after another great day at Jack Creek Summer Camp
Teaching people - especially youth - about wildlife conservation, habitat ecology, and ethical hunting is at the core of our mission. The Jack Creek Preserve Foundation supports education through its summer camps, water quality monitoring with local students, support of middle and high school science fairs, and college scholarships.
This year, we expanded our efforts to include after-school programs, trail work with high school students, day camps, and hosting other organizations on the Preserve. As we grow, we hope to be even more involved. With the development of our new Conservation Education Center, we will have a nucleus around which our programs can be built - and we'll have a great facility for hosting a variety of audiences.
