Guided Pack Trip on Jack Creek Preserve

Experience and explore the magic of the Jack Creek Preserve and surrounding Lee Metcalf Wilderness.  Over three days and two nights, with Fan Mountain and Lone Peak as your backdrop, you will enjoy fishing, hiking, horseback riding, photography, and gourmet backcountry cuisine.  Spanning 4,500 acres, the Jack Creek Preserve offers a pristine wilderness experience akin to Yellowstone National Park with abundant wildlife and natural landscape features. 

Guests will ride about 3 hours to Shadow Lake where a beautiful backcountry tent camp will await you.  On the second day, you may choose to fish right out the front flap of your tent, or explore the pristine Lee Metcalf Wilderness on foot or in the saddle.  Access to the adjoining Lee Metcalf wilderness and will reward with incredible vistas and some good fishing opportunities. Day three will find guests back at the Jack Creek Preserve Headquarter for a delicious lunch and final photo opportunities. 

Your trip will be hosted by Adventures Outfitting of Ennis Montana.  This adventure is perfect for families and for all ages and or groups of friends and can be catered to a group as small as 6 people (10 max).   

Cost: 1,300 per person (includes $200 per person tax deductible contribution to support experiential education on Jack Creek Preserve).

Two nights at a pristine back country (wall) tent cam
All meals
Fishing, hiking, and photography opportunities
Experienced guides and reliable horses

Does not include:
Fishing Licenses
Transportation to and from the Preserve
