BIG HORN SHEEP AND MOUNTAIN GOAT CONSERVATION AND ECOLOGY IN THE NORTHERN ROCKIES

 

Dr. Robert A. Garrott will describe the conservation history of mountain goats and bighorn sheep in the region and the ongoing scientific studies in the Madison Mountain range and region that are providing important ecological insights.

Dr Garrott is Professor of wildlife ecology and Director of the Fish and Wildlife Ecology and Management Program in the Ecology Department of Montana State University,
