The preserve is grateful for our partners who help us to provide learning and outdoor experiences for non-profits, youth, outdoor leadership, natural resource programs, researchers, and others.

The JCP/MSSE partnership provides a unique opportunity to amplify the educational component of the JCP mission. By educating the educators who educate our children, the effects of promoting thoughtful stewardship of land and wildlife are multiplied as educators take their course experiences on the Preserve back to the children in their classrooms. The immersion into nature that the Preserve’s outdoor classroom provides is something that many teachers would be unable to experience otherwise. The Master of Science in Science Education (MSSE) program at Montana State University (MSU) serves science educators in all 50 states and 22 countries. A second benefit to the Preserve, of this unique partnership then, is the vast geographical distribution of the educators who visit the Preserve for coursework.
