We are excited to offer the Preserve as a place for education, conservation and recreation. This page provides resources that will assist you in your visit to the Preserve, and several forms that we may ask you to complete prior to or after your visit to the Preserve.
Jack Creek Road Waiver
Jack Creek Road is a private mountain road managed by Lone Mountain Land Company. To visit the Preserve, you must complete the Road Waiver and email a copy of your Driver's License and Insurance Card. Please use the link below to submit your road waiver, and you can send your DL and Insurance to firstname.lastname@example.org
Before completing the road waiver, contact us at email@example.com to discuss your dates and activities. We require a minimum of 24 hours to provide a Road Pass.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability
This waiver applies to all education, recreation, and conservation activities on the Jack Creek Preserve including the use of the Outdoor Education Facility, Elk Camp Cabin, Bear Camp Cabin, archery range, and campground, and hiking or camping on our 4,500 acre property.
Outdoor Education Facility and Campground Facilities Use Agreement
The Jack Creek Preserve Foundation offers year-round education and recreation activities. The Preserve invites nonprofit organizations, schools, universities, civic organizations, companies, individuals and others to utilize our facilities which include our Outdoor Education Center, campground, cabins, and property.
The person signing this agreement and the organization on whose behalf the facility rental is being made (collectively the “Partner”) is responsible for compliance. All Partners are required to read and sign the Facility Use Agreement as part of their rental.
